How to make my Reservations？

What is the Cancellation Policy？
Passengers can change or cancel their reservation up to 48hrs before departure time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the deposit paid.
Is there a Weather Contingency Plan？
If your tour is cancelled due to the bad weather, we shall try our best to reschedule your tour.
Aerial Sightseeing
Is there an Age Restriction for aerial sightseeing？
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years old; whereas a baby who is under 2 years old is restricted due to safety reason. Each passenger is assigned to an individual seat during the tour.
Do I Have to buy Insurance for the tour？
No, the heliservices company has fully insured for your aerial sightseeing tour. Please contact us for details.
What is the difference between Private tour and Shared tour？
By choosing shared tour, a helicopter will be shared amongst 6 passengers; while private tour provides personal passenger enjoyment with a limit of up to 6 passengers.
Is your Pilot experienced？
Our pilot are some of the most experienced with the crew undergoing recurrent training and proficiency checks with in-house HKCAD- authorised Type Rating examiners and line training captains to ensure the highest safety standards.
Is there are dress code during the tour？
We suggest you to wear comfortable clothes for the tour while hat are not allowed, since it might get into the propeller and as a damaging the aircraft.

Am I allowed for the tour if I am Pregnant？

Can I join the tour if I have Disability?
Yes, our stuff will be more than happy to assist you during the tour.
What is the minimum height of the helicopter？
The minimum height will be 500 feet in non-residential area.
